MERGE will take place within the entirety of the Grand Ballroom space at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista, located in Orlando, Florida.

Mike started his law firm in 2007, after seven years that Mike co-managed the trademark and domain name inventory and strategy in-house for Yahoo! Inc. For the past ten years, Mike has advised hundreds of small and medium sized businesses, as well as a variety of multi-national corporations, in any and all matters pertaining to trademarks or domain names. In addition, Mike advises dozens of new TLD registry operators and ICANN-accredited registrars in all aspects of their business. Mike is one of the top 1000 trademark lawyers in the world, according to World Trademark Reports, which has highlighted Mike’s online brand enforcement and litigation practice.

With respect to ICANN, Mike served the Business Constituency as an officer and as Councilor to the Generic Names Supporting Organization from 2006 to 2010. Within the GNSO, Rodenbaugh Law is a member of the Intellectual Property Constituency, and Mike remains active in many different working groups involving all aspects of the new TLD program, rights protection mechanisms, and geographic names.
